I worked exclusively with Russell Martinez, my contact with Omega. Mr. Martinez spearheaded the process from initial photos presented to the insurance company to shepherding the accuracy of what was damaged by the tree. Once the actual work began, the roof, soffit, gutter and window wraps were completed in a timely fashion, by experienced workers. Periodically, I would meet with Mr. Martinez to ensure that all damage was noted and covered by the insurance company. His attention to detail was extremely impressive.
