I had a great experience with Omega Exteriors, and I especially want to recognize Ian Smith for the excellent job he did on my roofing repair. Ian was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure the work was done properly from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and paid close attention to the details. The quality of the repair was outstanding, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. It’s clear that Ian takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure the customer is satisfied
I am extremly satisfied with the service I recieved from Ian and Alec on my project. I was hit by lightining on the early morning of June 11th. We had used Ian on a previous storm incident for our roof. We were extremly happy with that job, so when this happened I called Ian asap. I was very happy that they could get to me as quickly as they did. Our home is now done, and looks like a whole new home. I will recomend them to anyone.
Ian was a huge help to my in-laws as they prepared to sell their home in Minnesota. He took the time to come out, inspect everything thoroughly, and clearly explain what repairs and tune-ups were actually needed. Instead of recommending unnecessary work, he focused on the items that would make the biggest difference for getting the house ready for the market. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help save them money really stood out. It’s refreshing to work with someone who puts the customer’s best interests first. If you’re looking for a contractor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about helping people, I highly recommend Ian Smith and Omega Exteriors.
