Extremely satisfied with every aspect of this roof replacement. Hail damage that three other companies came out and found no damage. Project manager Austin Nelson from Omega came out and was able to find damage and establish a claim with our insurance company. He made it extremely easy And contacted us as things progressed. After the contractor finished their work, Austin came out and checked to make sure everything turned out OK and he even walked the property to make sure all debris was picked up. Would recommend Omega exteriors to any of my family and friends. Thanks again Austin.!

I already gave a review of the roof job. The door installation went very well. The communication wasn’t great but when they did come they did an excellent job. Still have the siding left to do but am confident it will go as well as the roof and door.

Omega Exteriors was great in helping us get our roof replaced after a hail storm despite our initial inspection getting denied. Zain Hunter was amazing to work with and did all the leg work to get our second inspection. His communication was great and he kept us updated on the process the whole way through. I would absolutely recommend Omega Exteriors and Zain if you need a new roof, siding, or gutters.
Excellent job! They took care of everything with the insurance company, from meeting with the adjuster to all the paperwork to get the check. They were in contact with us the whole time and answered all our questions. They did the roof and gutters and it looks great!

Rusell did a fantastic job obtaining the appropriate approval from the insurance company to repair the roof. in addition the crew did a outstanding job taking care the details of doing a great job and after done they cleaned very well the area. Thanks so much for all the job done.
When we filed a storm claim with our insurance company. They came out and assessed the damages. When they told us the damages were less than our deductible. We called our agent to see who they recommend to work with. Our agent recommended Russell. He was very knowledgeable with state building codes. MN has awesome building codes and laws, that protect homeowners and that licensed contractors must follow. We had to do a little leg work but we were able to get our roof replaced for only our deductible!
Russell at Omega Exteriors is awesome! Call him if your insurance company prescribes any type of repairs for your roof or denied you from a recent hail storm. They were able to help me get a full roof replacement through insurance.

The experience I have had working with Omega Exteriors was absolutely stellar. After a tree fell on my house, I made a claim with my insurance company. I worked exclusively with Russell Martinez, my contact with Omega. Mr. Martinez spearheaded the process from initial photos presented to the insurance company to shepherding the accuracy of what was damaged by the tree. Once the actual work began, the roof, soffit, gutter and window wraps were completed in a timely fashion, by experienced workers. Periodically, I would meet with Mr. Martinez to ensure that all damage was noted and covered by the insurance company. His attention to detail was extremely impressive. I would not hesitate to use Omega Exteriors in the future.

We needed an inspection of our roof for potential storm damage. Omega responded to my request right away and were able to come on short notice. I was very impressed with Quinn's professionalism and honest opinion after he & a co-worker completed their inspection. We were relieved to learn a new roof would not be necessary and a few minor touch up repairs would be enough. We will be keeping Omega in our file for future needs.
Omega put a new roof on our house. Jordan Rarick from Omega was a joy to work with. He was extremely helpful and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to finish the job. If I need anymore work done I will turn to Jordan with Omega.
I highly recommend Jordan and the team at Omega. I had just moved to Minnesota when the hail storm hit and caused damage to our roof, windows and siding. It was a little overwhelming to know which contractor to trust, because so many can’t be trusted. Then Jordan at Omega drove up. He wasn’t pushy at all. Immediately I could tell that he was competent and caring. Just to be sure, I called up the owner, Ian, and after that I knew I had a great team ready to go to work for me. They have been great advocates for me with my insurance company, they have done quality work, and they have kept me in the loop all the way. I will definitely be referring Omega to my neighbors and friends.
Within 12 hours of submitting an estimate request on Omega Exterior's website, Quinn and Jeff were on-site, working on the estimate. They were prompt, professional, and flexible with their schedule. The process of the inspection was thoroughly explained and they gave me a great overview afterward (they even brought my trash and recycling cans back in from the curb!). We ended up not needing to do any work at this time, but when we do, I will definitely be calling Omega Exteriors again.
I had a great experience working with Charles from Omega. My roof had hail damage, and Charles made my life easier by working through the process with my insurance company. He came out with the insurance adjuster and worked directly with the claims department on all the follow ups. He was very professional and always kept me in the loop with the latest updates. We had hail! Omega walked the roof, worked with the insurance underwriter's to explain loss and replacement. Ultimately the roof was replaced. It was a two day job. The crew kept the area clean and free of nails and debri.

They did a good job. Quick, professional, and handled everything. They even did a few extra things that I've been putting off doing myself (repaired and wrapped my garage door trim, painted an external radon system to match the house/roof color).
Quick, respectful and most importantly for me, CLEAN. 14,000 nails come off with a roof removal - and I have yet to find a single one in my yard or landscaping. They also took the time to pull up a few of my landscaping lights and lay them over so they wouldn't get snapped off, then they put them back for me. Very happy with the work!

Ian with Omega Exteriors was all around amazing to work with. He answered all of my questions, walked through all the steps along the way, did excellent work in a timely manner and was so responsive when we needed things from him. We have a flat roof over our three season porch which is a hard thing to find someone who truly understands how to fix it when there are issues and Ian had the knowledge and experience to do a great job. We have not had any leak issues since he came out and patched our roof.

After originally having having our roof denied, Ian and his team walked us through the steps to have our roof fully approved. They were transparent with whole process! The hardest part of the whole deal was picking out a new color. We decided to upgrade to a stone coated steel roof which saves us a ton on our premiums! Truly the last exterior company we will need. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

If you’re thinking about using Omega and not using Yvette for help then you’re not really using Omega! By far the best customer service employee I have ever had to deal with. She is very professional and doesn’t beat around the bush or candy coat anything. Straight forward and honesty are two qualities that not everyone has but Yvette has both! I had originally went with a different company, they did an inspection and then things stopped progressing and I had given up on getting a roof replacement due to hail damage. Charles from Omega stopped by and said he would be able to get the roof replaced for me. I was apprehensive due to the first failed attempt but let him proceed, wasn't to long after that the insurance company paid for a full roof replacement. Thanks Charles and Omega for the beautiful new roof.
